The EPJ Unified Special Olympics purchased a push button/switch adaptive ability wheelchair accessible bowling ramp from Ability Tech! While it may have been trialed in the SLC classroom, with a volleyball and plastic pins, it was a great way to show a few of the athletes of what their peers have access to during bowling season! We are beyond excited for this addition to our Special Olympics to allow those with unique challenges to be a part of yet another aspect of our mission: one school, all abilities, unified together!
Dustin and his family are doing a truly remarkable thing for those with disabilities!

We are proud to recognize Kayla Sharkey, a senior at EPJ High School and avid Educators Rising Member, as one of many EPJ students participating in our Teacher Assistant Program!
Through this program, students like Kayla step into real classrooms to explore the teaching profession firsthand. They complete a minimum of 30 hours working alongside a mentor teacher, gaining valuable experience through observation, hands-on assistance, and meaningful professional conversations about what it truly means to be an educator.
We are incredibly proud to support Kayla and so many others who are curious, passionate, and eager to learn more about the teaching profession. The future of education is in good hands. 💙🍎
